This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your LeagueFlow account, including data connected to supported sign-in providers.

How To Request Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your LeagueFlow account. If you cannot access that inbox, include enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the account.

Sample message: Please delete my LeagueFlow account data and any sign-in provider data linked to this account. My full name is [your full name], and my LeagueFlow email is [your account email].

What We Delete Or Anonymize

After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your LeagueFlow account where deletion is technically and legally available.

Account profile details such as your name, email address, and linked identity-provider records.
Authentication records connected to supported sign-in providers, including provider identifiers stored by LeagueFlow.
Session and account-security records that are no longer needed for security, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reasons.
Organization, league, team, player, schedule, standings, announcement, and game data that belongs to your account when deletion is appropriate and does not conflict with another organization's legitimate operational records.
Data that must be retained for legal, security, billing, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained only as long as required and may be restricted or anonymized where practical.

Processing Timeline

We normally process verified deletion requests within 14 business days. Complex organization, billing, security, or legal records may require additional review before deletion or anonymization is completed.

We may contact you for verification or clarification before completing the request.
