Last updated: April 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LeagueFlow, including the website, application, public league pages, and related services. By accessing or using LeagueFlow, you agree to these Terms.
If you use LeagueFlow on behalf of an organization, school, club, or tournament operator, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
LeagueFlow is a basketball league operations platform that supports organization setup, staff access, team and player management, venue setup, scheduling, announcements, standings, public league pages, and game-day workflows including the officials console and related tools.
You retain responsibility for the content you or your organization enter into LeagueFlow, including rosters, schedules, game results, announcements, and public league information.
When you publish league information publicly, you authorize LeagueFlow to host and display that content to public visitors according to your organization settings.
LeagueFlow may allow sign-in through third-party identity providers such as Google. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
LeagueFlow uses identity-provider data only to authenticate you, link your account, and operate account security and sign-in flows consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Using Google Sign-In does not grant LeagueFlow permission to access unrelated Google account content unless we clearly request additional permissions in a future product flow.
Certain LeagueFlow features may require a paid subscription or may be subject to plan limits, organization limits, league limits, team limits, or trial rules. Pricing, plan inclusions, and availability may change over time.
If your organization uses paid plans or upgrade flows, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges associated with the selected subscription or payment flow.
LeagueFlow and its software, design, branding, and service materials are owned by LeagueFlow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of LeagueFlow software or branding to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain unchanged.
You may stop using LeagueFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.
LeagueFlow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeagueFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
